For the year 2016, i have been using ems_prep --dset gfs --date yyyymmdd --cycle 12:00:24:06. And files in grid folder are of the form yymmdd.gfs.t12z.0p50.pgrb2f0000 up to yymmdd.gfs.t12z.0p...

boundary conditions for 2013 to 2015

Dear all, I kindly have to validate my research data for 2013 to 2016. How is it possible to acquire the initialization and boundary conditions for year 2013 to 2015. When i run ems_prep for any day for these years i it says files not currently available. How can i solve this? kindly help. Thank you...

I replaced ''UEMS=./uems ; export UEMS with UEMS=/home/richard/uems ; export UEMS and the problem was solved.
