ARW core problem

Another problem I am facing with ARW core. I want to analyze the convective storm on ARW, but the problem is that when I do that, MSL pressure are too high comparing with input data. It is like 3-5 hPA higher than it should be. When I compile with NMM core everything looks good. I did numerious simulation changing parameterization schemes (convection, microphysical, PBL and nothing). Mainly I use CFSR data for input. Tried ECMWF and GFS but nothing helped...

One thing I did notice that when I changed PBL scheme from YSU to Mellor-Yamada-Janjic and did rerun simulation with deep cyclones, result was fine and pressure lowered for 10 hPa (wind speeds also increased). But it did not changed for a convective storm (especially with date below) :(

Maybe there is something which I do not know how to launch a correct simulation?
