running dwiz with new v19 ... localizing fails with a cant find geogrid.tbl.

Geogrid.tbl.awr is in the data directory.

Any idea's whats wrong?

When I run a simulation no merged grads files created
config has
grads = yes
monofile_grads = yes

? any ideas

I was interested in doing some simulations with the pending GFS update ... it is running currently in parallel with current model ahead of it roll out.

Any clues on how we would go about doing some runs?

top of EMS.cshrc missed off the /home/user in the path so that would have trickled down through a lot of the variables.

I have a problem with exercutables UEMS ... environment variable OK but if I try EMS_prep or dwiz or similar ... command unknown
I suspect the issue is in the EMS.cshrc file last entry

set Path = (.... etc )
has anyone else had an issue with this? and found a solution?

Solved ...
the issue was in the EMS.cshcr file

... under tsch

the was an issue with the initial environment variable which missed out the

/home/username/ems home directory

so added that and works like clock work

EMS_cshcr setenv DW $EMS_HOME/domwiz setenv DW_BIN $DW/bin ... now when I type in terminal echo $DW I get /home/howard/EMS_user/uems/domwiz which is to be expected but when echo $DW_BIN i get ~/EMS_user/uems/domwiz/bin why does it render it with the tilde mark (OK home director) but why could this b...
