Great Lakes Sensitivity Runs - SST

I am assuming the answer on this is no, or if yes, a very complicated solution. Is it possible to create a custom Lake Michigan/Lake Superior water temperature initialization or adjust values from a pre-existing initialization. Thanks for any help
