Fascinating result for not overclocked CPU! I might upgrade one Core2Quad for that CPU and AMD motherboard, it is really cheap for that performance.

yes ...
I paid the computer just 500 euro
with 2000 euros you can have 4 six core
for a total of 80 ghz
...for little cluster

Anybody thinking of using the new Intel core i5 2500K to run WRF (or has already done so)? I'm split between that and the AMD Phenom II x6 1090T.
How much does the raw GHz matter compared to Intel's new architecture and other details (with only 4 cores)?
