Installing UEMS on stand alone workstation

Hi,

1. I am to replace UEMS with existing EMS installation on a stand alone workstation not on internet.
2. Earlier versions of ems I have manually downloaded from http://emsdata1.comet.ucar.edu/wrfems/releases/ and install using install.pl file. UEMS tar is not available at same link.
3. I tried locating at http://emsdata1.comet.ucar.edu/uems/releases/ but here I found ems release 3.4.1.15.16/.
4. Please guide from where to download UEMS v 15x manually

The installer will download the files. Just launch the perl script.
